custom laptop comes with 1 year collect/return UK parts and labour warranty
- that can be extended upto 3 years on request. In addition to this,
for your peace of mind all our custom
built laptops come with lifetime UK based technical
support, manned 12 hours a day during normal weekdays. This
comprehensive after sales technical support is available by UK based
telephone line or email. No other company can offer you this
level of dedicated customer service and after sales support.

if something goes wrong or I need technical support?
Premiergent
offers FREE UK BASED LIFETIME technical/after sales support
second to none, available on a national rate telephone number or email
for all Powermaster laptops, manned 12 hours a day during weekdays.
The standard warranty is 1 year parts and labour (UK collect and return)
with any custom laptop. So we'll even pick the laptop up from you
and return it at no extra cost - using our own courier! Please keep
all original laptop packaging.

if i need to upgrade in the future?

When will my custom laptop be delivered?
Each custom laptop can be built to the customers individual specification. Therefore delivery time is typically around 3 days from order.
