General

Hyperlinks : Are used to allow the user, to navigate by clicking on the link to an associated webpage.

The mouse pointer will change to a 'hand' symbol if a piece of text you hover over is a link. Clicking on the link will navigate you to the associated webpage.

On-line Shopping and Ordering

The website is designed to allow the user to browse through the products adding them to the shopping cart to make up the order.

The site uses 'session cookies' to enable the online ordering functionality therefore your browser must be set to allow 'session cookies'. You can set this up if its not already been done so, by going to the 'Tools' then 'Options' menu in Internet Exporer 4.0 or above.

At the moment this site only supports Internet Explorer 4.0 or above.

If you prefer we can take orders over the telephone, if you do not wish to
use our online ordering facility.

The general procedure to place an order online is as follows :

1. Navigate through the products, adding them to the shopping cart.

Use the and if they are present, to browse through the product category. The products are sorted in price ascending order e.g. lowest to the highest priced item in the category. The current category number, and the total items in the category are displayed on the top left hand side of the product page. Each product page displays the essential information about the product only, however if you have a specific query which is not shown in the description then please contact us.

To add the item to the card click on the button. Statistics displayed on the top of the page will inform you of the number of items added to the cart and the current net total.

2. After you have finished shopping and adding products to the shopping cart, click on the button to proceed to the checkout page.

You can amend/delete products in your shopping basket, from the checkout page, and even go back and add new products, etc.

When you have finished, click on the button to proceed to the payment page.

3. Select a payment method from the payment options menu.

Premiergent Hi-Tech uses Worldpay's secure 128bit encrypted server to process card transactions for online payments so you can be assured your card and personal details are secure. We can ensure customers that their details will not
be mis-used in anyway.

Please note, once you have clicked on a payment method button, you cannot go back and modify your shopping cart , as a unique order number is automatically generated for your individual shopping session.

4. Complete the online form, and follow the links to complete payment for you order. Make sure you keep a record of your order number

5. Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email, from Worldpay if you've used a credit/debit card. This will be your card payment receipt.

6. We normally deliver the order the next working day.
