Your laptop or PC system's essential heat ventilation systems will be serviced and cleaned with built-up dust, debris removed, etc. Adding more life to internal components including the motherboard and reducing excess ventilation fan noise - as when components in these essential systems are cleaned , the system does not need to work as hard get rid of heat - thus increasing the life of the overall system and internal components. Heat is the major cause of early laptop or PC system failure and using our PREMIUM SERVICE at regular intervals, we recommend every 6 months - means that your system will have increased life expectancy and reliability in many years to come,

3. We will make recommendations if required to make your laptop or PC system work at its best and give you the most out of it in terms of long life and future relaibility,

4. We will collect and return your laptop or PC system to your
home or place of work anytime during the week during normal working hours (except weekends) , please make sure its packaged adaquately/or original packaging used if available - using our fully insured courier service,

5. The PREMIUM SERVICE takes upto 3 days to carry out as we use professional cleaning techniques and procedures,

6. If the PC or laptop arrives faulty then it WILL be rejected immediately and in no way will Premiergent be liable. So please make sure the system is working ok and there's no existing fault. Our PREMIUM SERVICE just services your working PC or laptop to professional standards,

Weight upto 5 Kgs, PREMIUM SERVICE with all as above included, £45 ex VAT

PC System : PREMIUM SERVICE , courier collect and return included,
Weight upto 15Kgs, (PC base system), with all as above included, £55 ex VAT

Please note we cannot be held responsible for any manufacturers own warranty terms and conditions with regards to servicing. But as our PREMIUM SERVICE involves no real evasive internal examination access of the laptop or PC then the exisiting warranty should be ok as in no way do we perform operations internally on the system,

We also offer complete hard-drive defragmentation and system tuning to ensure your PC or laptop systems hard-drive/CPU gives you optimum performance and in addition also offer a complete Windows re-install service - these are at extra optional cost, please call us if you require any of these additional services.
